What do you need from me to get started?
Your site URL and a WordPress admin user you create for me and can delete whenever you like. Hosting or FTP access helps for backups and staging. Premium licences stay in your name, any code I write is yours, and I never install nulled software.
Will an update break my site, and what happens if it does?
That's the risk I'm paid to absorb. I back up first, run updates on staging, then check your key pages before it goes live. If an update I ran breaks it, I fix it free - same cause again, free too. Otherwise I restore from my backup: next working day on Essential, same day on Business and Store.
You will have admin on my site every month. Will you change my design or share my data?
No. I don't touch your layout, copy or settings unless you ask - recommendations go in the report and I wait for a yes. I work from an admin user you create and can delete, I never export your customer data, and I keep nothing after the plan ends.
You're in Dhaka - will you be asleep when my site goes down?
Sometimes, honestly. I work Dhaka hours and I sleep. Every message gets a reply within 24 hours, usually much faster. The plan is built so you don't need me at 3am: the backup is already taken and the restore is already tested. If you're down right now, my Bug Fix gig is the faster door.
Can I cancel or pause the plan?
Yes. No lock-in, no exit fee, and I never hold your backups hostage - you can download them any time. You cover the month you want covered, and if you don't want the next one, you don't order it. If your site is stable and you don't need me, I'd rather you said so.
My last developer vanished and nobody has touched my site in two years. Is it too far gone?
Almost never. Send me the link and, before you order, I'll tell you for free what's out of date and what will break the moment it's updated. If it needs a one-time catch-up first, I quote that separately, so month one isn't you paying $49 for six hours of work.
What if the scan finds malware, or my site is already hacked?
I tell you the same day, in plain English, with what got in and how. Cleaning a hacked site is real forensic work and it isn't inside a monthly plan - I quote it first and never start without a yes. Once it's clean it goes back on the plan, hardened.
My site is built with Elementor. Will it stay fast?
Elementor loads assets per widget, and updates add more. On Business and Store I measure LCP, INP and CLS every month, in PageSpeed and in real field data, and put your actual numbers in the report. Making those numbers better is a separate speed pass, quoted on its own.
Will you use AI to do the work?
I use AI as a tool, never as the builder. Nothing generic ships, and no AI touches your live site unsupervised. Every update is tested by me, every fix is written by me, and the code in your report is code I can explain line by line. That's exactly why my rescue gig exists.
