No. A JSON export of the workflow (n8n: ⋮ menu → Download; Make: Export Blueprint) is usually enough. If I do need direct access, a read-only collaborator invite works — never share login credentials.

I'll message you before doing anything outside the original scope, with a clear explanation of what's involved and an updated price if needed — no surprise work, no silent scope creep.
