Where do I ship the product?
I live in Calgary, Canada between the beautiful lakes and mountains. So, please ship the product for the video ad. to the Canadian address I share with you in the inbox.
What do a revision mean?
Minor changes to the video that can be attained via editing. Fo example: changing text, changing music or sound effects, moving clips to start or end of the video. I do work closely with all my clients before starting the work to ensure I meet and/or exceed their expectations.
Will you return the product?
Absolutely! I'll need a prepaid return label - leave the rest on me!
What type of products does this gig cover?
This gig covers all small to medium sized products which can be easily shot in a studio environment. If you are looking for an outdoors video, please contact me and we can work together on a custom offer!
Can you add lifestyle video clips?
Of course! Premium package include the lifestyle video clips. Modelling included without face. Face models need to be hired and paid for separately.
