I have been working in the real estate industry since 2013, providing virtual assistance and operational support to property managers, realtors, investors, wholesalers, and other real estate professionals. I have experience researching tax records, probate cases, code enforcement records, deeds, foreclosure information, and other county property records. I also assist with property due diligence, comparable property research, comp analysis, Broker Price Opinion (BPO) preparation, offer and contract support, MLS management, listing coordination, and closing coordination. I am experienced in managing leads and customer information using CRM platforms including GoHighLevel, Follow Up Boss, Lofty, Podio, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, SkySlope, KVCore, and ClickUp. I can manage pipelines, organize contacts, update records, create workflows, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate CRM data. I also have experience with email and text campaigns, seller follow-ups, appointment scheduling, advertising and property postings, Excel data management, reporting, and general project management support.
