Yes. Everything runs in your own accounts so you have full ownership. I will guide you on which plans to use and how to set them up before we start.
Can the agent handle both inbound and outbound calls?
Yes. Inbound is included from Standard. Outbound calling with Twilio is available in Standard and Premium packages.
Can you connect the agent to my CRM or calendar?
Yes. CRM and calendar integration is included in the Premium package. Common integrations include GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Google Calendar, and Airtable.
How is this different from using Vapi or Retell?
Vapi and Retell are platforms with their own pricing per minute and limited customisation. I build the pipeline directly with Deepgram, ElevenLabs, and Twilio so you have full control over the logic, the cost, and the voice behaviour.
