First off the response time is absolutely amazing. The issue I was having is my second monitor was flickering. He made sure it was ok for him to proceed with uninstalling my display drivers. I realized that I was using the wrong power cord. Highly recommend for any IT needs. Super calm and patient throughout the process. Very knowledgeable.
