FAQ
How can I try my filter at delivery?
Upon delivery, or during the working process, I will send you a test link. You just have to copy it to your smartphone's browser and it will automatically redirect you to the Instagram/Facebook camera so you will be able to try it "in your hands"!
How do I publish my filter?
Doing it is very simple. You will need to log in to Spark Hub through your Facebook profile. Note that your Instagram account must be a "creator account" (or a business account) and must be linked to your Facebook profile. Tap on "upload a new filter" and follow the instructions.
Once loaded on the platform, will my filter be online?
If you have uploaded all the files correctly your filter will be sent to analysis. It will take up to 5 working days for your filter to be online.
Do I need you to create a custom 3d model?
Choose this extra only if you need to insert into your filter a unique 3D object. I will personally work on the model following your instructions. Anyway, contact me first so I can advise you whether to add this extra or not and tell you if your model is feasible.
What is "multiface tracking" and do I need this extra?
If you choose this extra face-related effects will appear on multiple faces framed simultaneously, otherwise the effect will only work on one face at a time. Choose this extra only if your filter has facial effects!
