FAQ
Which package should I choose?
Packages are based on garment complexity, not just the garment type. 1. Basic: Simple garments like T-shirts, Polos, Shorts, Tank Tops etc. 2. Standard: Hoodies, Jerseys, Shirts, Joggers, Simple Jackets etc. 3. Complex: Multi-layer jackets, Bags, Shoes, or garments with many separate Parts.
Which file formats do you deliver?
The standard delivery includes GLB and GLTF. Additional formats such as FBX, OBJ, STL can be provided too.
Can customer change the colors on different parts of the garment?
es. Garments are created with separate parts (such as body, sleeves, collar, cuffs, pockets, etc.) so colors can be changed independently, depending on your website or configurator.
Can customers upload their own logos or artwork?
Absolutely. If you need extra customizable areas such as collars, cuffs, pockets, side panels, waistbands, or trims, they can be created upon request.
Will the models load quickly on a website?
The models are optimized for web use with clean topology and efficient geometry. The final loading speed also depends on textures, website optimization, internet speed, and how the configurator is implemented.
Can you create multiple color variations?
Yes. If your design changes in the future, I can update colors, logos, trims, panels, or other garment details without rebuilding everything from scratch, provided the original project files are available.
Can you reduce the polygon count for better website performance?
Yes. Models are optimized for web viewing while maintaining the overall appearance. If your project has a specific polygon budget or file size requirement, let me know before starting.
Are textures included?
Yes. The delivered files include the textures required for the selected package and workflow.
What do you mean by "separate garment parts"?
Each garment can be organized into separate parts such as the body, sleeves, collar, cuffs, pockets, or other panels. This makes it easier to apply different colors, logos, artwork, or materials in a product configurator.
Are your garments created from real sewing patterns?
Yes. Every garment is developed using real-world sewing patterns rather than being sculpted as a generic 3D model. My background in pattern making helps create accurate garment construction, fit, and panel layouts.
