I commonly use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Trello, Notion, and Canva, but I can easily adapt to whatever tools you prefer. Just let me know during onboarding.
Can you work in my time zone?
Yes! I’m based in the Philippines 🇵🇭 but flexible with time zones. We can discuss your preferred schedule to ensure smooth communication and support.
What kind of tasks can you handle?
I can assist with email and file organization, data entry, research, responding to social media messages, scheduling calendars, and updating tasks in Trello or Notion. If you have a specific task in mind, feel free to ask before ordering!
Can I hire you for ongoing or full-time work?
Absolutely! I offer a Full-Time Monthly Package ($350) for consistent support (4 hours/day, 5 days/week). If you need custom hours or a long-term setup, message me and I’ll create a personalized offer.
How do we communicate during the project?
We can communicate via Fiverr messages for updates and task instructions. I also provide daily or weekly progress reports depending on your preference.
Do you provide social media content creation?
es, I can create simple Canva graphics and captions for your social media as part of admin support. For full social media management packages, please message me for a custom offer.
What if I need more hours than the package includes?
No problem! You can either add extra hours as a custom offer or upgrade to the next package anytime. I’ll always confirm before starting additional work.
