FAQ
Do I need to have an existing logo?
No! If you choose my Standard or Premium package, logo design is included. If you already have a logo, I can work with your existing branding and build a cohesive visual identity around it.
Will I be able to edit my brand kit in Canva?
Yes! Where editable Canva files are included in your package, you'll receive a Canva link so you can easily access and edit your branding in the future.
What do you need from me to get started?
I'll need your business name, what your business does, your target audience, preferred colours, any existing branding, and examples of styles or brands you love. Don't worry if you're unsure your initial ideas are enough to get started!
What's the difference between the three packages?
Starter focuses on your core visual style, including colours and typography. Signature adds custom logo design and a more complete brand identity. Full Identity gives you the complete branding experience, including an expanded logo system, iconography, brand guidelines and social branding.
Can you match a specific style or aesthetic?
Absolutely. You can send inspiration, Pinterest boards, images or examples of branding you like. I will use these to understand your preferred direction while creating an original identity for your business.
Do you provide revisions?
Yes. Starter includes 1 revision, Signature includes 2, and Full Identity includes 3. Additional revisions can also be purchased as a Gig Extra.
Can you create social media templates too?
Yes! Social media branding is included with my Premium package. You can also purchase my Social Media Kit Extra for 5 custom editable Canva templates designed to match your new branding.
Will my logo and branding be unique to my business?
Yes. Your brand direction will be created specifically around your business, audience and preferences. I don't simply reuse another client's finished branding.
What if I don't know what I want my brand to look like?
That's completely fine! Tell me about your business, target audience and the feeling you want your brand to create. I can use this information to develop a visual direction for you.
