For sure you can. The packages and their conditions are merely indicative and open to changes in almost every aspect. Please, send me as much info as posible in our first contact and I'll suggest you the appropriate package to cover your needs or customised alternatives to reach your expectations.

The most important thing you can do is to ensure your product looks its best. We often receive products with bad labels, torn boxes, creased areas, etc. These are not photo ready. All and every product we receive is got to be in perfect shape all the way, labels, packaging, no scratches, etc.

Please don't. You should place the order always when I confirm you the products reception and we agree in all details regarding the shooting and final results. In case you don't follow this timeline we are going to have delays and issues in the entire process.

Revisions and infographics are only included in the Premium Package. In the Basic and Standard packages you can purchase it as an extra service. If you are a detailed person that gives clear and complete directions, we shouldn't have any issues at all. Same with infographics.

Of course I'll, please send a prepaid return label/stamps or we can agree a specific day/time for you to pick them up, to mail it is the preferred option. Items will be held for up to 7 days. After that period, they will be donated to local charity shops. I've a small studio and I need the space.
