FAQ
How many pages of notes will you provide?
You will receive a minimum of one full page. Most of the time, coverage is closer to three pages, but there is not page maximum.
Do you do sensitivity reads?
If you are interested in a "sensitivity read", I can do that. However, I am a cis-gendered, heterosexual, white woman. Therefore, particularly with character depictions, I would recommend seeking out someone else for a stronger, more qualified sensitivity read.
Do you believe in predictable three-act-structure or hero's journey?
Both! Three act structure is proven as the strongest form of story-telling & is the barometer the industry uses. However, the heart of any story is the character arc! So you show character through the trials in the structure. I won't fault a script for not adhering perfectly to three-act-structure.
