Do your drawings include dimensions to the floor plans?
Building Control drawings do not specifically require dimensioned floor plans, except where they illustrate compliance with the regulations. So, no, they are not provided.
Can you make design changes / alterations to the planning drawings provided?
No design changes / alterations are included. The understanding is that the planning drawings are final design ready to be developed for Building Control. If the drawings do not comply, performance specification notes will be provided to over-ride the drawn information.
