I will create IVR flows for voice and chat using amazon connect

Provide services for develop and setup cloud based Contact Center using Amazon Connect and other AWS services.

• Create IVR flows for Voice and Chat channel
• Create AWS Lambdas and integrate in IVR flow
• Develop custom Agent Desktop/Workspace where Agent can communicate with Customers using React Typescript
• Integrate third party CRMs into built-in/custom Agent Desktop/Workspace
• Integrate with different Amazon Connect APIs in custom Agent Desktop/Workspace
• Create features like Holiday Routing, Finding Queue position of the customer, Estimated wait time and etc
• Integration with AWS Lex
