This service repairs existing behavior. New sections and features belong in my customization service, while app-owned code and checkout issues need a separate review.

What counts as one bug?
One specific, reproducible failure, such as a mobile menu that will not open. We agree on the expected behavior and affected templates before work starts. Separate faults may need a bundle or custom offer.
Can you help if I do not know what is causing the problem?
Yes. Send the page, expected result and a screenshot or recording. I will review the request and confirm whether it fits a repair package or needs a separately scoped investigation.
Do you need my Shopify password?
No. I use Shopify collaborator access with only the permissions needed for the task. Please do not send personal passwords, one-time codes or payment information.
Will you edit my live theme?
We agree on the working theme and publication process first. Where appropriate, I prepare the repair in a duplicate theme and share a preview for review before publication.
Can you fix an app conflict or checkout problem?
I can investigate supported theme-side problems within the agreed scope. Code owned by an app provider or plan-dependent checkout behavior may need the provider's help, so I check feasibility before promising a repair.
Can you add a new feature or custom section?
Yes, through my separate Shopify customization service. This gig repairs existing behavior; a new feature, section or redesign needs its own agreed scope.
Can you handle an urgent repair?
Send the issue and your deadline first. I will check the scope and my availability, then confirm whether the listed rush option or a custom offer is suitable.
What do revisions cover?
Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed repair. New requests or unrelated faults are additional work. I correct defects in the work I deliver.
