BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD ON FIVER. ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED IN 4 DAYS. 3 WEEKS LATER NO RESPONSE AND HE WENT MISSING. HAD TO CNACEL ORDER, WASTE OF TIME. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

First video was good, though quite delayed. Second one I was still waiting nearly 2 months later and he stopped responding to my messages. Don't expect great customer service but if he does do a video it's not bad. My rating is for poor communication and total neglect.
