What do I need to provide before the project begins?
You must provide your domain, paid WordPress-compatible hosting, active Elementor Pro license, WordPress administrator access, logo, brand colors, finalized website copy, and images.
Are the domain, hosting, and Elementor Pro included?
No. The client is responsible for purchasing and maintaining the domain, hosting, Elementor Pro license, premium plugins, stock images, and third-party subscriptions.
Do you provide website copywriting?
Copywriting is not included in the website packages. You must provide finalized text unless website copywriting is purchased as an additional service.
Will my website work on mobile devices?
Yes. Every package includes responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Can you redesign my existing WordPress website?
Depends. Please message me before ordering so I can review your existing website and determine the appropriate package and scope.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a reasonable change to the approved design, layout, text, or images. A new design direction, additional page, or new feature is not considered a revision and may require an additional fee.
Can you provide premium plugins or licenses?
No. The client must purchase all required premium plugins and licenses. I can install and configure the included plugins after access is provided.
Will you provide support after the website launches?
I will correct issues directly related to my completed work during the agreed project period. Ongoing updates, maintenance, security, backups, and content changes require a separate maintenance service.
