FAQ
I don't have official business documents. Can you still help?
In some cases, individual/personal verification is possible instead of business verification. Message me before ordering and I'll review your situation to recommend the best approach.
How long does the Meta Business Verification process take?
Once documents are submitted, Meta typically reviews within 24-48 hours. However, in some cases it can take up to a few days depending on Meta's workload. I'll keep you updated at every step.
What documents do I need to provide?
You'll need one official business document such as a Trade License, Certificate of Incorporation, or Business Registration certificate, along with your business name, address, and phone number matching exactly across all platforms.
Do I need to give you admin access to my account?
No. I only request the minimum permissions needed to complete the task (Partner/Employee access with limited roles). You remain in full control of your account.
What if my verification gets rejected?
I'll review the rejection reason, fix the issue (usually a document mismatch or formatting problem), and resubmit at no extra cost within the scope of the original order.
Can you set up WhatsApp Business API with providers other than Meta directly (like Twilio or 360dialog)?
Yes, I can work with Meta's official Cloud API or third-party Business Solution Providers like Twilio, 360dialog, or Gupshup — whichever suits your business needs.
