What exactly does the transcription service include?
I provide a complete transcript of the audio or video, with flawless spelling and grammar. As a psychology student, I have a strong command of mental health terminology and concepts. The base price covers up to two clear speakers, and I organize the content so that it is easy to read and use.
What happens if there are a lot of speakers or overlapping voices?
The base price is calculated for up to 2 people. If there are more participants, you must add the “1 additional speaker” add-on. If the voices overlap a lot or there is a lot of background noise, I’ll let you know before we start so we can assess together whether the recording is transcribable.
Do you guarantee the privacy of my information?
Absolutely. Given my training and experience with WHO-endorsed projects, I adhere to strict standards of ethics and professional confidentiality. I understand that we handle sensitive health and research data. If you would like further assurance, you can request a Confidentiality Agreement.
Do you accept audio files with background noise or poor quality?
I work with whatever information is available. If the audio has background noise, a very soft voice, or distortion, I’ll let you know right away. If it’s too difficult to transcribe accurately, I’d rather let you know than deliver something incomplete or with errors.
In what format do you submit the assignment?
By default, I deliver the document in Word or PDF format—clean, organized, and ready to use. I can also adapt the structure or template if you have a specific format for research papers or reports.
