About this Gig

Get a cleaner, more consistent Excel or CSV file with a clear record of what changed.

The Basic package covers one CSV file or one Excel worksheet, up to 100 data rows and 20 columns.

Included:

  • Remove exact duplicate rows.
  • Trim extra spaces and standardize text, dates and number formats using your instructions.
  • Correct inconsistencies using rules or reference values you provide.
  • Preserve identifiers and leading zeros where required.

You receive a cleaned copy, a short change summary and any ambiguous entries flagged for review. Your original file stays unchanged.

Delivery: 3 days, with one revision covering the original agreed requirements.

Formula repairs and larger files require a separate quote after file review; they are not included in Basic. Macros, dashboards, PDF extraction and researching missing information are excluded.

The cleaned file is checked against your agreed requirements before delivery.

Message me with a redacted sample and the result you need before ordering.
