Turn PDFs, scanned invoices, receipts and forms into a clean Excel or CSV file: one row per document, plus line items if you need them.
What you get:

How it works: fast AI-powered extraction (OCR and a language model) followed by automated validation checks. Uncertain values are flagged, never guessed. Prefer non-AI work? Just message us before ordering.
Your documents: used only for your order, processed on a cloud workspace and by AI models run by our AI platform provider under its terms, and not shared with anyone else. We delete files and outputs from our workspace within 7 days of completion (or sooner on request). Send only documents you may share; no health, biometric or ID-card data.
Not included: handwriting, typing into your own systems, tax or legal advice.

Do you use AI?
Yes, and that is what makes it fast and affordable. AI (OCR and a language model) extracts the data and automated checks validate it; anything uncertain is flagged for you. If you need non-AI work, please message us before ordering.
How accurate is it?
Every value is either cross-checked (for example, totals reconcile) or listed in the QA sheet with the reason. We don't promise a percentage. If you find a wrong value that was not flagged, we fix it and re-check the batch free within 7 days.
Which documents work best?
Typed or printed PDFs, scanned PDFs and clear photos of invoices, receipts, statements and forms in Latin-script languages. Handwriting is not supported.
What happens to my files?
They are used only for your order, processed on a cloud workspace and by AI models run by our AI platform provider under its terms, and never shared with anyone else. We delete them from our workspace within 7 days of completion (or sooner on request). Please redact anything we don't need.
