What access do you need from me?
Depends on the issue. For most cPanel/WHM/Plesk problems, panel login access is enough. For deeper server-level issues (DNS, mail server, LAMP config), I'll need SSH/root access. I'll tell you exactly what's required after you describe the issue.
My domain is registered with one company and hosted with another, can you still connect them?
Yes, this is one of the most common fixes I handle. I'll update your nameservers or DNS records at the registrar so your domain points correctly to your hosting.
