What do you need to start?
Your logo and colors, your services or treatments, each location with hours and phone, team names and photos, and 2 or 3 websites you like. Hosting or WordPress login if you have them.
Can you connect my online booking?
Yes. I link your existing booking page or widget from your practice software to every Book button. If you do not have one, I set up a simple appointment request form.
Are the forms HIPAA compliant?
Standard website forms are not made for medical records, so the request form only asks for name, contact details and a preferred time. If you need HIPAA ready intake forms, I connect a form service you choose that signs a BAA.
Can you handle more than one location?
Yes. Each location gets its own page with address, hours, map, phone and booking button, so patients pick the closest office and Google can show each one.
Will this help my Google ranking?
The site launches with fast, mobile friendly pages, proper headings, meta tags, local keywords and schema for your practice. Ongoing SEO is available as an extra.
Which builder do you use?
WordPress with Elementor. If you have Elementor Pro I use it. If not, I build with the free version plus trusted add ons, and your team can edit text and photos easily.
Do you write the text for the pages?
Yes. Send me your services, a few facts about the practice and your team, and I write clear page text. You approve every page before it goes live.
Can you redesign or move my current site?
Yes. I move sites from Wix, Squarespace and GoDaddy to WordPress, keep your content and page names, and set 301 redirects so you keep your rankings.
Do you build for other clinics too?
Yes. Dental offices, med spas, chiropractors, physical therapy, home care and other health clinics. The idea is the same: clear services, trust and an easy way to book.
Do you offer support after delivery?
