I will design a clean b2b dashboard or admin panel UI in figma
Xia Sheng
About this gig
I design clean, professional B2B dashboards, admin panels, and SaaS web apps from wireframes to high-fidelity, developer-ready Figma files.
What I can design for you:
- Dashboard & admin panel design: data tables, filters, status indicators, navigation systems
- SaaS web app interfaces: lists, detail views, settings, empty states
- Wireframing before final UI, so the structure holds up before adding the visual layer
- A clean, minimal visual system: restrained color, clear hierarchy, usability over decoration
Interactive prototypes with real micro-interactions not just linked screens. Sidebar expand/collapse, hover states on menus and lists, animated transitions between views: the details that make a demo feel like a working product. UI-only (no backend or real data) ideal for pitches, user testing, or dev handoff.
My roots are in UI motion and interaction design: I think in flows and states, not just static screens, so complex workflows feel effortless to use.
How I work:
- Async and written-first: you describe what you need, I confirm the scope in writing before starting
- Happy to work from your recorded walkthroughs, demos, or detailed notes

Hi, I'm Xia Sheng, a UI/UX and motion designer specializing in B2B dashboards, admin panels, and mobile app screens.
I work end-to-end — information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and clickable Figma prototypes — and also create interface motion and brand animation in After Effects.
My flagship project, SEQVIA, is a self-initiated SaaS platform for industrial maintenance coordination, where I owned product direction, visual system, a 1440px desktop admin, and a field technician mobile app.
Tell me about your project and timeline, and I'll walk you through how I'd approach it.
FAQ
Do you provide the Figma source file?
Yes, you'll receive the fully editable Figma file along with the final design.
What do you need from me to get started?
A brief description of your project, the number of screens needed, and any reference designs or brand colors you'd like me to follow.
Do you use templates?
No. Every dashboard is designed from scratch for your product and your users.
Can you also build a working web version?
This gig is design-only, but I can turn the Figma design into a clickable web front-end — send me a message for a custom offer.
Does the interactive prototype include backend development?
No - front-end only. Clickable screens with realistic animations and micro-interactions, but no backend, no database, and no real data. Built for demos, pitches, user testing, and dev handoff.
