Yes, in most cases. Message me first with your server details and the error you're seeing. If I can confirm I have the right access and the issue is within scope, I can usually start within an hour and deliver same-day.
Do you need root or sudo access to my server?
es, for most fixes I need root SSH access or a sudo-enabled user. For cPanel or Plesk fixes, I'll need admin login. I follow strict security practices and never store credentials after the job is complete.
Which Linux distributions do you work with?
Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Fedora, and RHEL. I also work with most VPS providers including AWS, DigitalOcean, Linode, Vultr, Hetzner, OVH, Contabo, and Google Cloud.
What if you can't fix my issue?
If after diagnosis I can't resolve your specific issue, I'll let you know upfront and we can cancel the order. I won't accept work I can't complete.
Can you fix the issue without taking my website offline?
In most cases, yes. I work carefully to avoid downtime, and for higher-risk fixes I take a backup first so we can roll back instantly if needed.
Do you offer support after the fix is delivered?
Basic and Standard packages include revisions if the same issue returns. Premium includes 7 days of post-delivery support for related issues.
Do you fix WordPress, Laravel, or Node.js deployment issues?
Yes. Server-side issues affecting WordPress, Laravel, Node, PHP, Python, or any web stack are all within scope. Application-level code bugs are a separate gig.
