Do you need access to my AWS account?
Some issues can be diagnosed from code, logs, screenshots, and configuration exports. When account access is necessary, you should provide temporary, limited-permission access. I do not require root access.
What counts as one issue?
One issue is a specific malfunction with one expected outcome, such as a Lambda function failing when called through API Gateway or a function being denied access to a DynamoDB table.
Is new application development included?
No. This package is for troubleshooting an existing AWS workflow. New functions, endpoints, databases, authentication systems, or complete applications require a custom offer.
