Do I need to have a domain and hosting before ordering?
Not necessarily. You can order first, and we'll sort it out during our video meetup. I can recommend affordable and reliable options (based on my experience) if you don't have them yet.
Will you understand my business even if it's very niche or local?
Yes, that's exactly why I start with a video meetup. I take time to understand your business, your customers, and your goals before building anything.
What happens after I place the order?
First, I'll send you an onboarding questionnaire. Then we'll schedule a video meetup to discuss everything in detail. From there, we move through clear milestones: planning, design, development, and delivery, and you approve each stage before I move forward.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Business name, logo if you have one, any images or content you want on the site, and your goals. Don't worry if you don't have everything; I'll guide you through it during our planning stage.
Will I be able to see progress before the final delivery?
Absolutely. You'll review and approve the design before development starts, and you'll get a live preview link during development so there are no surprises at delivery.
What if I don't like the design?
Design is presented and approved as its own milestone before any development begins. You won't be stuck with something you don't like because we agree on the look and feel first.
What if I need more revisions than the package includes?
Message me. I'm reasonable and want you to be happy with the final result. We'll figure it out without drama.
What happens after the website is delivered?
I hand over your login credentials, submit your site to Google Search Console, and provide a simple guide so you can update content yourself. I also include a follow-up session to make sure everything is running smoothly.
Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance after delivery?
Yes. I offer maintenance packages separately. Message me, and we can discuss what level of support your business needs.
