What do you need from me to start?
Your business details, FAQs, price list and any order or booking rules. I also need access to the platform account you want to connect. After you order, I send a short checklist.
How many platforms are included?
Basic includes 1 platform. Standard includes up to 2 platforms. Premium includes up to 4 platforms. Each channel is set up and tested separately before delivery.
Are there extra costs besides your gig price?
Third-party costs are separate and paid directly to the providers. These can include WhatsApp message fees, AI usage and a plan for tools like n8n or Make. I explain the expected costs before I start.
Can it take orders and book meetings?
Yes. The bot can collect order details, confirm them and send a payment link. For meetings, it can offer open slots and add bookings to Google Calendar or Calendly, then send confirmation messages.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
For WhatsApp, yes. It needs a Meta-approved business account, and I guide you through the setup. Telegram needs only a bot token. Messenger and Instagram need a Facebook Page, and Instagram a professional account linked to it.
