Whilst the overall product was mostly good, it was delayed in delivery after several times being promised it will be on time. Additionally communication was poor and I was kept in the dark. At one point the computer with all the work was getting fixed ? I am sure most of the job was done last minute....

The delivery took an excessively long time and arrived after the deadline, with items missing and a lack of communication. Despite my requests over three months, you only responded after I initiated contact. It appears that the extensive content I sent through chat was never reviewed. This was a disappointing...
