Completely. I know your training videos and workflows show how your business runs behind the scenes. Your files stay strictly between us, and I delete them from my computer as soon as you approve the final delivery. If your company requires a standard NDA, I am happy to sign it before we start.
What kind of files or links do you need from me?
Whatever is easiest for you! You can send me Loom links, recorded Zoom meetings, screen captures, voice notes, or even a messy Google Doc of rough notes. As long as I can see or hear what your process looks like, I can turn it into an SOP.
Can we make edits if my process changes?
Of course! Business workflows change all the time. Every package comes with revisions. When you look over the first draft, just let me know if a step needs to be tweaked, added, or removed, and I’ll fix it right up.
Can you upload these directly into my team's tools?
Yes, absolutely. If you pick the "Platform Upload" add-on at checkout, you don't have to copy-paste anything yourself. Just give me access to your Notion, Confluence, or ClickUp workspace, and I will build, format, and organize the whole layout beautifully for your team.
