How it works:
Invoice row in your Sheet -> a week before the due date: friendly reminder -> after the due date: one overdue reminder -> paid? remove the row and nothing more is sent
What you get:

Can I see the emails first?
Yes. You see the exact reminder text and a test run on sample rows, and nothing reaches a real client until you say so.
How do reminders stop?
Each invoice gets at most two emails: one a week before and one after the due date. Both say "if you have already paid, please ignore this". Remove a paid invoice's row and nothing more is sent for it.
Does it connect to QuickBooks or Xero?
Not directly. Export your open invoices into the Sheet and the reminders work from there.
What happens after delivery?
We run and monitor it for 30 days after you confirm it works. Then you choose: order monthly running here on Fiverr, or we stop and remove our access. Your Sheet and data stay yours.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. The price covers setup and 30 days of monitoring. Monthly running after that is optional.
Do you need my Google password?
No. You share the Sheet from your own account and can remove our access at any time.
Is this built with AI?
