About this Gig
Is your React Native or Expo app running on an old version? Ill upgrade it to the latest version, fix everything that breaks and get it ready for the stores.
Old versions slow your app down, block new libraries and now block store updates too. Since August 31, 2026, Google Play only accepts updates that target Android 16 (API 36), and Apple requires apps built with Xcode 26. If your developer is gone or AI tools keep failing, I can help.
What I do
- Upgrade React Native and Expo SDK to the latest version, even several versions behind
- Move to the New Architecture and update or replace outdated libraries
- Target API 36, support 16 KB page sizes and build with Xcode 26
- Fix Gradle, CocoaPods and EAS build errors
- Test on iOS and Android, and submit to the stores

FAQ
Google says my app must target API 36. Can you fix it?
Yes. I update the target SDK and everything that breaks with it, test the app, and give you a build Google Play accepts. Standard and Premium include submitting it for you.
My app was built by another developer or an AI tool. Can you still update it?
Yes, if it’s React Native or Expo, including Expo apps from Bolt or Rork. Send me the code first and I’ll tell you what it needs.
I lost my Android signing key. Is that a problem?
Usually not. If your app uses Play App Signing, Google lets you reset the upload key. I’ll guide you through it.
What if a library has no new version?
I swap in a maintained replacement or patch it, and list exactly what changed.
