FAQ
Can every network issue be fixed remotely?
Many configuration and connectivity issues can be resolved remotely. Physical cabling problems, failed hardware and ISP outages may require onsite assistance.
What equipment do you support?
I can assist with routers, wireless access points, switches, computers, servers and connected devices from many common manufacturers.
How will you access my network?
We can use a secure remote-support session while you remain present. Please never send passwords, MFA codes or other sensitive credentials through Fiverr messages.
What if more time is required?
Additional support time can be purchased in one-hour increments. I will notify you before exceeding the time included with your package.
Can you help if the entire network is offline?
Yes, I can provide guided troubleshooting through Fiverr while you use a cellular connection. Direct remote access may not be possible until internet connectivity is restored, and ISP or onsite assistance may be required.
