Yes. Finding the cause is part of the job. I'll look into the issue, trace it back to the root, and explain the best way to fix it before I start.
My add to cart button stopped working. Can you help?
Yes, this is one of the most common fixes I do. It's usually a theme conflict, a JavaScript error, or an app getting in the way. I'll find which one and get it working again.
Could fixing this break something else?
I work on a copy of your theme, never the live one. The fix is tested on desktop and mobile and only published after you confirm it.
A previous developer left my theme in a mess. Can you sort it out?
Yes. Cleaning up broken or unfinished work from other developers is something I handle often. I'll review what was done and get your store back to a stable state.
What should I send you?
Three things: your store URL, a screenshot or short Loom of the problem, and what your want to fix. Click Request to Order, send those, and I'll reply with a fixed price for your case, usually within an hour.
Is there anything you can't fix?
I can fix nearly any design or functionality issue inside your Shopify theme. The exception is bugs inside third-party apps, which only the app developer can change. If that's the case, I'll tell you before you order.
How quickly can you fix it?
It depends on the package and how complex the issue is. Most smaller bugs are fixed within 24 to 48 hours. If it's urgent, express delivery is available, just tell me your deadline.
Do you offer support after the fix?
Yes. Every order includes short-term support in case the issue comes back or you have follow-up questions.
Can you suggest improvements too, or only fix bugs?
Both. While I'm in your theme, I often notice things that could be cleaner, faster or easier for customers to use, and I'll share those with you.
