Great freelancer, delivered quickly before the expected time, which was very nice. She pays attention to detail in the video and produced an exceptional video. She is also very creative and met all my expectations, the video was great, as well as a great thumbnail.

Jiya was great to work with, and responsive. However the final video did not meet my expectations regarding the feel of the project and the professionalism. That is why I gave a 3 star.

Unfortunately, my expectations were not met the edits that I asked for were not added to the video. Each round of revisions did not follow the edits; each revision look the same as the previous revision. She was very nice and polite, but the creative aspect did not meet my expectations for the price of the work.

Jiya did an amazing job on my daughter’s YouTube video. My daughter was beyond excited when she saw the final product—it truly meant a lot. The turnaround time was very fast, and the attention to detail really showed. Highly recommend working with Jiya if you want quality work and great communication!
