What do you need from me to start the 2D floor plan?
To begin drafting your professional 2D floor plan, I require any existing information you have. This could be a hand-drawn sketch, a PDF of an existing blueprint, an image, or even just a rough dimensioned drawing. Please specify the required scale and any key features (like door/window sizes).
What kind of files will I receive for the CAD Drawings?
For all CAD drawings, I provide the original, fully editable DWG source file created in AutoCAD. I will also provide print-ready PDF files and high-resolution JPEG or PNG images for easy viewing and sharing.
Is the price based on project size, or complexity?
The price is based primarily on the area/size (square feet/meters) and the level of detail required. A simple, basic 2D floor plan costs less than a complex one that includes furniture, electrical layouts, or detailed sections. Please message me first with your files for an accurate custom quote.
Do you design in 3D or only provide 2D floor plans?
Yes I do. While I am an Architect, 3D modeling is offered in a separate gig or as a custom add-on service.
