Will I own the source code?
Yes, completely. You get the full source code, database schema and migrations, and a README explaining how to run it. No licence fee, no lock-in. Another developer can pick it up and continue at any time.
Can it handle multiple branches?
Yes — this is something I have built before. Doctors, appointments and stock can be scoped per branch, while an owner-level login sees all branches combined. Tell me your branch count and I will confirm the exact package that fits.
Is patient data secure and access-controlled?
Yes. Every user logs in with a role — admin, doctor, reception, pharmacist or accountant — and only sees what that role should see. A doctor sees their own patients, not the whole clinic's records, unless you want it open internally.
Can doctors log in and see only their own patients?
Yes, by default. Doctor accounts are scoped to their own appointments and patient history. If you want doctors to see the full patient base instead, that is a configuration choice, not a limitation — tell me your preference.
Can it print prescriptions on our letterhead?
Yes. Prescription and invoice templates are built to match your clinic's letterhead, logo and layout. Send me your letterhead design and I will match it exactly.
Will it work on mobile and tablet?
Yes. Reception and doctor screens are fully responsive and commonly used on tablets at the front desk. Data tables adapt to smaller screens instead of forcing sideways scrolling.
Can you deploy it for me?
Yes. This system is built specifically to run on standard cPanel shared hosting — no special server requirements. Deployment is included in Premium and available as an extra on the other packages.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Premium includes 30 days of support for bugs and small fixes. After that I offer a monthly maintenance retainer for updates, small features and priority response — many clinics keep me on retainer long-term.
How long does a project really take?
Patients and appointments alone is realistically 8 days. Adding billing and prescriptions is 2 to 3 weeks. A full multi-branch system with pharmacy and lab is 3 to 4 weeks. Delays almost always come from unclear scope, which is why I confirm it in writing first.
What if I am not happy with the delivered work?
Tell me before the deadline and I will fix it — revisions are included in every package. You see working software on a live link at every stage, so there are no surprises at the final delivery.
