Turn saved fillable PDF fields into an Excel workbook you can review, filter, and trace back to the source.
I will extract AcroForm field values from up to 10 PDFs using one template, with up to 12 fields per file.
You receive:
- Raw values alongside normalized data
- Source filenames and field mapping
- An exception list with reasons and review status
- A QA summary of checks performed
Leading-zero IDs stay text. Blanks, 0, and unchecked false stay distinct. Numbers, dates, and spacing follow agreed rules. Missing or invalid values are flagged without invented corrections.
Scope: digital fillable AcroForm PDFs. Scans/OCR, handwriting, XFA, multiple templates, password bypass, and signature authenticity checks are excluded.

Which PDFs can you process?
This covers digital fillable PDFs with saved AcroForm text, dropdown and checkbox fields using one template. Scans, page text without fields, handwriting, XFA, multiple templates, password bypass and signature authenticity checks are excluded. Please send a sample first.
Will original values and leading zeros be preserved?
The workbook retains raw field values and shows normalized data separately. IDs such as 000103 remain text. Blank values, numeric 0, and unchecked false remain distinct. Number, date, and spacing rules are agreed for the supplied template.
How will missing, invalid, or duplicate values be handled?
An exception list identifies the source file, field, rule, reason, and review status. Missing or invalid values are flagged without invented corrections. When duplicate checks are agreed, each affected record is identified so you can review the group.
What does the included revision cover?
Your package includes 1 revision to correct extraction or field mapping within the original agreed template, field list, and supplied files. Additional files, additional fields, a different template, or a new processing scope require a separate agreement.
Is the portfolio a real client project?
No. Every portfolio document is labeled Synthetic demo and contains fictional maintenance inquiries. In that batch, 96 saved field values across 8 forms were compared with an independent reference, and 4 seeded exceptions were reported. Those measured results apply only to the demo batch.
