It catches things like:

• AM/PM mistakes (a 13-hour session)
• Entries logged in the wrong month
• Blank or dummy entries
• No-shows billed for too long
• Staff over their daily or per-client hour limit

What you get:

• A drag-and-drop web page, or a script for your own computer
• Your rules written as clear checks, easy to change later
• Flagged rows highlighted in the output Excel
• A summary sheet of billable hours per person

No AI involved. The same file gives the same result every time, and every flag can be traced to a rule.
