Prepare for residency interviews with a current ENT resident who recently navigated the match.
I'm Sameer, a resident physician in otolaryngology at the University of Colorado and a McGovern Medical School graduate. I also have experience interviewing prospective medical students and coaching applicants.
We can practice:

You'll receive specific feedback on your answer content, structure, and delivery to help you communicate clearly and confidently.
Choose a 30-minute session, a 60-minute mock interview, or two 60-minute sessions. All times include practice and feedback. Standard and Premium include review of up to two pages of background material, written feedback, and practice exercises.
Coaching across specialties focuses on interview skills; my firsthand specialty experience is in ENT.

Do you work with applicants outside ENT?
Yes. I coach applicants across specialties on communicating their experiences, explaining specialty choice, and answering behavioral and program-fit questions. My firsthand specialty application and training experience is in ENT.
Can you tailor the mock interview to a specific program?
Yes. Share your specialty, program, expected interview format, and goals. I can tailor practice using your background and publicly available program information. Practice questions may differ from your actual interview.
Will you review my application before the session?
Standard and Premium include review of up to two pages of CV, personal statement, or selected application experiences to help tailor your interview. This is background review for the session. Detailed CV edits or personal statement editing can be booked separately.
Can we work on difficult questions or an application concern?
Yes. We can practice discussing a setback, gap, mistake, conflict, or other challenging experience honestly and clearly, emphasizing what you learned and how you responded.
What written feedback will I receive?
Basic includes three improvement points. Standard includes a concise feedback summary, next steps, and tailored practice exercises. Premium includes feedback and practice priorities after each session.
How are sessions conducted, and are they recorded?
Sessions take place by video through Fiverr. All advertised session lengths include practice and feedback. Premium includes two separate 60-minute appointments. Fiverr automatically records its video calls under its platform policy.
Do you also offer personal statement editing and application advice?
Yes. Please message me about a separate order for personal statement editing or broader application advising. This gig's included background review supports the mock interview.
Can you guarantee that I will match?
No. I provide interview preparation and feedback. My coaching is independent of residency selection decisions and cannot guarantee interview invitations or match outcomes.
What if I need to reschedule?
Please message me as early as possible. We can discuss another available time within the order's delivery window or use Fiverr's order tools if the delivery date needs to change.
