How much does a full Odoo implementation actually cost?
It depends on modules, users and how messy your data is. A small single-warehouse setup lands near the Standard package; multi-module with migration and manufacturing lands at Premium or above. The $50 Discovery gives you a real number, not a guess.
Will customisation break our future upgrades?
Not the way I build. Configuration and Studio first, custom modules only where there is no alternative, and always as separate upgrade-safe modules rather than edits to core. Over-customisation is the single most common reason Odoo projects stall.
What happens after go-live?
The Premium package includes 30 days of support. You also get written documentation of what was built and why, so your team is never dependent on one person to understand your own system.
Do you only work with Australian businesses?
No. I work with clients anywhere. Australian and New Zealand clients get full timezone overlap; UK, Europe and North America get scheduled calls and same-business-day replies.
What do you need from me to start?
A short description of how you operate today, which systems you are using, roughly how many users, and one person on your side who can make decisions. That is enough to scope it properly.
