Excellent work on our mascot animation. Shubham was easy to work with, genuinely wanted to help, and understood the brief fully from day one - including the technical requirements for using the animation in a mobile app. Quality was spot on and communication was quick throughout. Our team was satisfied with the result. Although the review took a little time, but in general everything is ok and we published our app with the Icon designed by Sabhum

A nightmare to work with. He repeatedly missed the deadlines he personally promised, kept postponing the delivery, and often stopped replying instead of giving clear updates. I gave him several extra chances (like 3 or 4) and waited far beyond the agreed timeframe, but the work was still not completed....

There were a few initial misunderstandings regarding the animation style, and the delivery took a bit longer than expected. However, Shubham was extremely professional and receptive to feedback. He carefully listened to all my notes, made the right revisions, and improved the quality significantly. In the end, the final result turned out great! Recommended.

Great communication and very reasonable pricing. The final animation matched what I was looking for, and I'm happy with the result. The only area that could be improved is the delivery timeline, as I was expecting revisions to be completed before the final delivery date. Overall, a positive experience, and I'd definitely work with them again.
