At Zycus, I worked in an enterprise IT and security operations role supporting large-scale Windows and macOS environments, handling L1–L2 IT, network, and access issues while working hands-on with Microsoft Intune, CrowdStrike Falcon, and Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) to support a Zero Trust security model.
