When I came on board, they had no real digital presence. Every sale depended on physical events, which was costly, exhausting, and impossible to scale. My job was to build the digital engine they were missing. ✅ Shopify Migration Their store was running on WP WooCommerce — functional, but limiting their growth potential. I helped them migrate fully to Shopify, giving them a faster, more reliable, and scalable foundation to build on. ✅Klaviyo — Email & SMS Marketing I built everything from scratch. List setup, audience segmentation, and full-automation flows and Monthly Campaigns to Engaged Subscribers with the Brand. Klaviyo grew to generate 45%+ of their total revenue consistently. ✅ Smile.io — Customer Loyalty I integrated a loyalty program to give customers a real reason to return. Points, rewards, and recognition turned one-time buyers into repeat customers and built a genuinely loyal community around the brand.
