Worked with BLD Hair, a growing hair extension brand, on the end-to-end development and optimization of their Shopify store, contributing to both the design and overall eCommerce strategy. The role involved overseeing the full store setup process, from initial concept and branding alignment to final launch. A clean, modern, and mobile-responsive storefront was developed to reflect the brand’s identity and appeal to its target audience. Collections were strategically organized to improve product discovery, while product pages were optimized with high-quality visuals, clear descriptions, and user-focused layout enhancements. A strong emphasis was placed on creating a seamless customer journey, ensuring smooth navigation, fast loading speed, and a frictionless checkout experience. In addition, a customer rewards and loyalty system was implemented to boost engagement, encourage repeat purchases, and increase overall customer lifetime value. Ongoing improvements included performance optimization, user experience enhancements, and integration of essential Shopify apps to support scalability and efficient store management. The result was a fully functional, conversion-driven eCommerce store positioned for consistent growth and improved customer retention.
