What information do you need to start sourcing?
Please provide as much information as possible, including product name, photos, drawings or specifications, required quantity, target price if available, material or quality requirements, certifications, and destination country. The more detailed your RFQ is, the more accurately I can match suitable
Can you source products other than aluminum and metal products?
Yes. My strongest expertise is in aluminum, metals and industrial products, but my sourcing service is not limited to these categories. I can research and source other products based on your specifications and purchasing requirements.
Do you only source suppliers in Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Shanghai?
No. I am based in Hangzhou and have a strong geographic advantage across Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Shanghai, but I can also source suppliers from other manufacturing regions in China when they are more suitable for your product.
Are the suppliers you provide fully verified?
Supplier screening and basic background research can be included depending on the package. However, online screening is different from an on-site factory audit. If you require a factory visit, physical verification or detailed inspection, please contact me before ordering for a custom offer.
Can you negotiate price, MOQ and payment terms with suppliers?
Yes. Depending on the package, I can communicate with suppliers and negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead time, payment terms and other commercial conditions. My goal is to help you find a reasonable overall sourcing solution, not simply the lowest price.
Can you arrange samples before I place an order?
Yes. I can help coordinate sample requests, supplier communication and sample consolidation when required. Product sample costs, domestic shipping and international courier fees are not included unless specifically agreed in the order.
Can you visit factories or perform quality inspections?
Factory visits, on-site supplier verification and quality inspections can be arranged depending on the supplier location and project requirements. These services are normally quoted separately, so please message me before ordering.
Can you support long-term purchasing and supplier management in China?
Yes. I can provide ongoing China-side procurement support, including supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, order follow-up, production coordination and supplier communication. For long-term or multi-product projects, please contact me for a custom offer.
Can I order one package for multiple different products?
Each package is designed for one product or one clearly defined sourcing requirement unless otherwise stated. If you need sourcing for multiple unrelated products, please contact me before ordering so I can review the workload and provide a suitable custom offer.
