Yes — WordPress admin login (and hosting/cPanel access for backups) is required to provide maintenance. All credentials are handled securely and never shared.
What happens if my site goes down or gets hacked?
You'll be notified immediately and I'll begin fixing with the add-on malware removal plan.
What counts as an "edit" in my monthly hours?
Small content updates, image swaps, minor styling tweaks, form changes, plugin configuration. Larger builds (new pages, new features) are quoted separately.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, anytime after your first full month. Changes apply to your next billing cycle.
Do unused hours roll over?
No, monthly hours reset each cycle to keep things simple and fair for both of us.
What if I want to cancel?
No long-term contract — cancel anytime with notice before your next renewal.
