What's the difference between an "agent" and a regular chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An agent takes actions — it can look things up, call APIs, make decisions, and complete multi-step tasks on its own.
Can the agent connect to tools I already use (Slack, Gmail, my database, etc.)?
Yes, as long as the tool has an API. Message me with what you use and I'll confirm feasibility before you order
Do I need to know how to code to use this?
No. You describe the workflow, I build and deliver it working end-to-end, with documentation so you (or your team) know how to run and adjust it.
What happens if the automation needs to change later?
Revisions are included per package, and since I deliver clean, documented code, future changes are straightforward for me or any developer to make.
