Anyone can run the installer — the hard part is building a system your team will actually use. I design the folder structure, set up user roles and permissions, configure secure sharing, and make sure everything is production-ready. You get a working business tool, not a fresh install.

Nextcloud itself has no user limit. The practical limit depends on your VPS specs. For the Starter package I set up to 5 users, Business up to 20, and Enterprise is unlimited. If you have a large team, message me with your headcount and server specs so I can advise.

Only you and your team. Nextcloud runs entirely on your own server — no third party (not even me) has access to your files after the setup is complete. I configure HTTPS encryption, strong password policies, and proper access controls as part of every package.

Yes, but only in the Enterprise package. Migration includes transferring your existing files, preserving folder structure where possible, and verifying everything landed correctly. If you're on a lower package and want to add migration, we can discuss it as an add-on.

All packages include a short post-delivery review window (typically 3 days) to fix anything that isn't working as expected. The Enterprise package includes 1 week of post-delivery support. For ongoing maintenance, I offer that as a separate arrangement — message me to discuss.

No. Every package includes an admin guide tailored to your setup — written in plain language, not tech jargon. Your admin can add users, reset passwords, and manage shared folders without touching the server. For anything deeper, I'm available.

Nextcloud is primarily a file storage and collaboration platform. It includes a built-in chat feature (Nextcloud Talk) that I can enable, but it's best thought of as a secure Google Drive replacement, not a full Teams substitute. It pairs well alongside a dedicated chat tool.
