What exactly is RTT and how is it different from therapy or coaching?
RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) was developed by Marisa Peer and combines elements of cognitive neuroscience, hypnotherapy principles, and behavioural psychology. Unlike talk therapy, which works consciously, RTT works in an open, receptive state — a deeply relaxed but fully aware state.
Will I be unconscious or out of control during the session?
No. You are fully aware throughout. An open, receptive state is not unconsciousness — it's closer to a deeply focused, meditative state. You hear everything, you remember everything, and you can end the session at any time. You are always in control.
How quickly will I feel a difference?
Some clients feel a significant shift after the first session. For others, the change builds gradually across the programme, especially with consistent use of the audio recording. RTT is not a slow process — it's designed for rapid, lasting change. That said, I won't promise a specific timeline.
I've had anxiety for years. Is it too late to change this?
No. The subconscious doesn't care how long a pattern has been there. What matters is accessing the belief at the root, and that's always possible. I've worked with clients who carried anxiety for decades. Length of time does not determine outcome.
What is the audio recording and why does it matter?
After your pattern reset session, I create a personalised audio recording specific to your root belief and the new belief we installed. You listen to it daily for 21 days. This is not a generic relaxation track.
Is this only for women?
My practice is primarily focused on women, yes. The language, approach, and framework I use are designed to best serve the women I work with: self-aware, high-functioning women who have tried other approaches and are ready to go deeper.
What platform do we use for sessions?
Zoom or Google Meet. Sessions are private, secure, and conducted from wherever you are in the world. I'm based in Porto, Portugal and work with clients across Europe and internationally.
Can I combine the anxiety work with your relationship pattern work?
Yes, and often they're connected. Anxiety in relationships, hypervigilance, people-pleasing, fear of abandonment often have the same subconscious root as general anxiety. If you're dealing with both, message me and we'll design the right programme for you.
What if I've already tried therapy and it didn't work?
That's actually one of the most common things I hear. Talk therapy works at the conscious level. If the root of your anxiety is a subconscious belief formed before you had language for it, no amount of conscious analysis will reach it. RTT goes to where talk therapy can't.
How do I know this is right for me?
